Savannah Wedding Cake Class

I spent 3 days in Savannah learning how to create a fondant covered wedding cake. Yes, it took me 3 days since there was a lot of instruction involved! Also a bit of socializing. Minette Rushing (Savannah Custom Cakes) taught the class. She is AMAZING! We all made the same cake with just minor variations. The cake traveled from Savannah to North Carolina with no problems. (I had to slam on the brakes one time and thought.... please don't let the cake fly through the car!)
