"Brock's Cake"

One of my most popular cakes is "Brock's cake".  When I receive a call referencing it I know exactly which cake the caller is talking about.  Actually, I think it should be called "CJ's" cake since I believe that was the original one.  Regardless, the past 2 weeks I have had several request for "Brock's cake". 

Train Birthday cake for Cannon

Cannon's first birthday party is tomorrow. This is the cake that his family and guests will be eating. Cannon will have a mini smash cake. The cake tiers are frosted with buttercream and the train decorations are fondant. With the exception of the white lollipop stick in the RR crossing decoration everything is edible. I hope they enjoy this cake. I really had fun making it. Let me know what you think!
