I've waited a year to make this cake. I saw this cake made by Sharon Zambito in Louisiana. She is absolutely amazing and has been on a lot of the cake shows on tv. This is today's therapy session.... took a LONG time to make. Sharon named it "Blossom Bunny" and I think that is appropriate! Blossom will be greeting people at my Open House this Saturday!
