I decided to do something "different" for Sarah's graduation cake. Thought that I would recognize her years of achievement by commemorating where she will be going to college. Since Columbia University is in New York City, I used some outlines of NYC buildings. The crown is the orginal logo used back in 1754. I believe there are several crowns in use but this one was easier for me to cut out of gum paste. Cake was almond vanilla (my favorite). She loved her cake. Sarah's Graduation
