This cake was a lot of fun to do! Never thought that I would do a cake of a pregnant belly... but I did! Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing covered with fondant.

Carousel cake at Shelby City Park Carousel

This is one of my favorite cakes! The carousel is molded from white chocolate and decorated with fondant. Everything except the sticks was edible. With the carousel in the background... and all of the pink and blue decorations.... the cake fit right in! The mini cake for the birthday girl had a horse lollipop on it also.

College Oreos

Hi! I am busy getting ready for Christmas but there has been lots of excitement in college football! My college themed oreos have been very popular and I have lots more to make. With the bowl games coming up and many high school seniors receiving college acceptances.... it is a great time to order some oreos. Here are some Clemson and South Carolina oreos! I alternate with chocolate and white chocolate coatings and usually couple of decorations! They can also be paired with cakeballs and sugar cookies for trays of treats!

Sushi Cake

This was a really fun cake to make. I've never eaten sushi so I had to look up some things to use on the cake. I added chopsticks to place in front of the cake. I was happy with how the cake turned out.
