College Oreos

Hi! I am busy getting ready for Christmas but there has been lots of excitement in college football! My college themed oreos have been very popular and I have lots more to make. With the bowl games coming up and many high school seniors receiving college acceptances.... it is a great time to order some oreos. Here are some Clemson and South Carolina oreos! I alternate with chocolate and white chocolate coatings and usually couple of decorations! They can also be paired with cakeballs and sugar cookies for trays of treats!

Sushi Cake

This was a really fun cake to make. I've never eaten sushi so I had to look up some things to use on the cake. I added chopsticks to place in front of the cake. I was happy with how the cake turned out.

Cardinal Baseball Birthday

This was a cake for Austin's 13th birthday. He is a St. Louis Cardinal's fan. He's got a pennant, cap, bats, cardinal, logo and a white chocolate baseball on top. Stars on wires ("pokies") were added on site. I hope that he enjoyed his birthday cake!

Melissa's Baby Shower

Many of you have seen the wedding cake that I made for Melissa. It was inspired by her wedding dress. Well, now Melissa is pregnant and expecting a baby boy in April. Her mother asked me to make the cake for her baby shower. We used the napkins for the inspiration.

Her mother emailed me: "Just wanted to let you know that the cake was a big hit. Melissa loved it and everyone thought it was adorable. It was amazing how well you were able to match it to the theme we were using. Thanks so much".

Credit for the photo goes to Andrea. I was able to find the napkins online which helped when I decorated the cake.
